Vancouver Art

I went on a business trip to Vancouver.  The conference was downtown at the waterfront.  Along with all the other trapings of a big city (i.e. very expensive food), Vancouver has a variety of strange art.  One that I took notice of and starting snapping pictures of was a set of tarracotta warriors painted in various styles. I only got pictures of a few, but the rest can be found here.

Next to the conference center there was a large Orca sculpture that reminded me of LEGOs and my boys.

And then there was the conference center, which had a grass roof and was itself modern art.
